Soil Merchants Property Developers was founded by Mr. George Gacheru Mungai, a seasoned entrepreneur in Kenya, and notably one of the pioneers in the vehicle importation business in East Africa through Gachewa Motors Limited in Nairobi, which operated in the early 90s to 2000s.

We are a family-owned business with Mr. George Gacheru Mungai as the Founder & Chairman,

His wife Rev. Lucy Gacheru who is the co-founder, and also serves as the Marketing Director,

Their son Mr. Rufus Gacheru serves as the Managing Director,

And their daughter Caroline Gacheru serves as the Head of Operations and finance.
